Circles are clipped to the municipality. Distance is straight-line from footprint to nearest inventory point, without a radius limit and within available data only: it does not measure green-space access, canopy or inventory completeness.

Plan compactness = 4πA/P² (0–1): higher values indicate more compact forms. S/V ≈ P/A + 2/h (m⁻¹): lower values indicate less surface per unit of volume. Calculated in UTM 33N; perimeter includes courtyards. S/V requires a positive height and assumes a prism with all walls, roof and base exposed. Shared walls, envelope, systems and climate are not assessed. These indices do not measure energy consumption or energy rating.

Radius selections include buildings whose footprint centroids fall inside the circle. Areas sum their full footprints, calculated in UTM zone 33N. They are not floor areas or roof measurements. Statistics cover the supplied extract only; circles near its edge may be incomplete.
